Waste of space banks

Bank Accounts stories
I have had a really bad experience with the Alliance and Lecister, which has caused stress, money problems and I have had the phone put down on me by customer services, I have asked them to explain actions but they still have not done so. I am now about to take them to the small claims court. I have also had a hardship claim in with the Halifax, my ex husband died in Feb 2009, leaving me without maintance and the bank have refunded £250 as hardship however, I am down £350 maintaince since so how does that help me.
