I've been with Smile.co.uk for 10 years. Loved them for most of those, but less impressed with the rates and deals recently. That said, their service is without fault, and on the very rare occasions I've had to contact them, they have delivered as promised. Verdict - excellent for day to day banking - go elsewhere for anything else!
